Product Uses

Chemical Specialties Aluminum Safe is a combined anti-freeze and inhibitor, which is suitable for protecting heating, chilled water and solar systems containing mixed metals including aluminum.

Application and Dosage

The minimum recommended "in-use" concentration of the product is 25% hi order to ensure adequate corrosion protection. This concentration will protect down to 12° F. The maximum concentration is 40% which will protect down to -7° F (refer to table below). Chemical Specialties Aluminum Safe is suitable for use on all types of metal including aluminum. It is especially recommended for use in solar systems. Product can be introduced by the feed and expansion tank or injected directly into the system with a radiator filling loop.
