CST-50 CLOSED SYSTEM TREATMENT CST-50 is a special liquid of corrosion inhibitors and chelate designed for protection of closed heating and cooling water systems. CST-50 will protect both ferrous and non-ferrous metals and should be used in water systems where there is little or no make-up water. CST-50 does not contain chromates or other toxic pollutants.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS AND OPERATING PROCEDURES Add one 24 oz bottle of CST-50 to every 10 gallons of inhibited propylene glycol in the closed system. Use sufficient CST-50 to maintain a purple color to the system solution. At proper levels of product, the closed system will be protected from corrosion and accumulation of scale in the system. This treatment will chelate up to 1000 grams of water hardness. CST-50 is safe, when used as directed, on all materials of construction in closed heating and cooling systems. |
